MC6025 - ISO P15 - P25 2-in-1 technology provides excellent heat and wear resistancewhich helps prevent crater wear. The smooth coating layer combined with microscopic TiCN coating ensures better surface finish and long, consistent tool life. Suitable for high speed and high efficiency machining.

MC7025 - ISO M20 - M30 CVD coated grade for high efficiency turning of austenitic stainless steels. Excellent wear resistance in high speed cutting conditions. MP3025 - ISO P20 - P30 Coated cermet grade with improved wear resistance and significantly increased fracture resistance. For use with or without coolant and on interrupted cuts when finish machining steels, stainless steels and cast irons.

Chipbreaker

LM - Light cutting. Excellent burr control. Reduces the incidence of burrs drastically because the sharpness properties and cutting edge strength are optimised with different rake angles.
Depth of cut: 0.7 - 2.0
Feed rate: 0.10 - 0.40

SV - Light cutting of carbon steel, alloy, mild and stainless steel. Large rake angle provides sharp cutting action. A peninsular dot ensures chip control at depths of cut under 1mm.
Depth of cut: 0.2 - 1.0
Feed rate: 0.06 - 0.25

MM - Medium cutting. Excellent resistance to plastic deformation of insert corner as a result of obtaining the optimum land geometry by simulation analysis technology.
Depth of cut: 1.5 - 3.5
Feed rate: 0.15 - 0.30

MV - Medium cutting of carbon, alloy steel and stainless. A positive insert with a large rake angle achieves sharp cutting edge performance. Double breakers and round dots in the rake face achieve a wide range of chip discharge.
Depth of cut: 0.3 - 2.0
Feed rate: 0.08 - 0.30
